Architects / Senior Architects
- A recognized Degree in Architecture.
- Minimum 2 years of experience for post of Architect and minimum 5 years of experience for post of Senior Architect.
- Experience in Multi storied projects will be a definite advantage.
- Possess strong client relationship management skills.
- Good knowledge of design development, detailing and construction practices.
Technical Officers / Senior Technical Executives
- A recognized Diploma in Architectural Technology or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience for post of Senior Technical Executive.
- Proficiency in CAD operation.
- Knowledge in preparation of drawings for construction and submission to local authorities.
- Knowledge in Revit is an advantage.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Project Management Executives
- A recognized Degree in Building / Construction Management / Quantity Surveying.
- At least 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience in consultancy firms for projects / contracts coordination and management and / or in quantity surveying.
- Knowledge in contracts review and contract-related risk management.
- Strong in spoken and written communication skills.
- Fresh graduates having knowledge of MS PROJECTS/PRIMAVERA are welcome to apply.
Bim Manager / Green Building Design Specialist
- Degree in Architecture/Structure/Mechanical or its equivalent with minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Well-verse in GRIHA rating norms, BIM e-submission process, requirements and guidelines.
- Excellent knowledge and experience of Autodesk Building Design Suite software including Revit Architecture.
Estimator/Structural Designing Engineer/ Electrical Engineer/Building Valuators
- Degree in Civil Engineering with adequate experience in relevant field.
